We got to meet Miga and Quatchi!!

At the hockey game Saturday night, we got to meet some Olympic celebrities!! Quatchi and Miga!! It was very exciting. Allison said that they were real creatures, not just people dressed up like pretend creatures. The magic of the Olympics is alive and well :)

We were lucky that we got to see them as they had to leave just a few minutes after we had our pictures taken. They had to make another celebrity appearance... they were headed over to where Mom and Sandi were that night!!

On the boat on the way to see Team Canada play!!

We decided to take the water taxi to get from Granville Island over to Yaletown. How fun! Of course we didn't get the chance to go past athlete's village on the boat as this is the 'no boating' zone but it was fun to see Vancouver from the water for sure!!

So great to see Canadian spirit everywhere you look! Canadian flags on the harbour houses and on all the boats at the marina :)
